Framework : Reinforced cement concrete
Super Structure: Clay bricks in cement mortar with 2 coats plastering on inside and outside with sponge finish
Doors: Main door in best teakwood frame and best teakwood shutters with brass fittings and night latch and other internal doors with flush door shutters with teak wood frames. All doors and doorframes are polished with melamine polish
Windows: Teak wood window frames & shutters with glass panels and M.S safety grills. All window frames & shutters polished with melamine polish
Flooring: Vitrified tiles ("24" X "24") flooring of good quality in the living and dining hall with skirting or equivalent flooring. Vitrified tiles ("16" X "16") flooring with skirting or equivalent flooring in the remaining areas
Kitchen: Granite slab for kitchen platform with "8" X "12" tile dado up to 2' height and stainless steel sink. Ceramic tile cladding will be provided in the wash area
Wall Finishes: All interior walls finished with Superior Altek finish or equivalent except toilets and balconies with emulsion paints. All external walls will be provided with acrylic paints or equivalent. POP cornice will be provided for living and dinning
Toilets: All the toilets will be provided with (a) European WC with flush tank of standard make (b) Hot and cold wall mixer with shower. Dadoing upto limited height. Anti squid floor tiles
Electricals: Concealed copper wiring of Anchor make or equivalent.
Power plugs in all necessary areas. Plug points for refrigerator, T.V & audio systems etc., wherever necessary. Individual meter boards. Miniature circuit Breakers (MB) & ELCB board of standard make. All electrical fittings of Anchor Roma or equivalent make
Telephone: Telephone points in all necessary areas
T.V.Cable: Provision for cable TV in master bedroom & living room
Generator: Stand-by generator for common amenities & two light and one fan point in hall in all units
Adequate water supply through overhead tank to all units
Note: A) corpus fund & club house member ship fee will be collected for the permanent maintenance of the colony

B) Municipal water, electrical meter charges, municipal permission and registration cost to be borne by the customer
